Disclosure Statement

Yall Squad, Inc., a Kentucky 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation, whose principal place of business is 537 Stonehenge Drive, Pikeville, KY 41501, is a non-profit organization that provides immediate relief to communities affected by natural disasters by utilizing the collective generosity of weather enthusiasts and philanthropists around the world. Our focus is on supporting local communities through rapid response from our team members nearest to the affected areas. We aim to be among the first responders after a tornado, hurricane, or other significant weather event, ready to extend a helping hand.

 

To effectively raise awareness and mobilize resources, Yall Squad, Inc. leverages various social media platforms, especially YouTube, and crafts engaging content that reflects our mission and ongoing activities.

Alongside our primary disaster relief operations, Yall Squad, Inc. also collaborates with other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to extend our impact and serve communities with varied needs.

 

Yall Squad, Inc. is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization recognized under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3), and donations made to Yall Squad, Inc. are fully tax deductible pursuant to IRC section 170(c). Yall Squad, Inc. may make contributions to other non affiliate charitable organizations.
